In this video, Doug Williamson, MD, Lundbeck's chief medical officer and VP of US Medical, answers questions about progress in Parkinson's research. He provides an update on recent innovation in Parkinson's clinical research and he shares bright spots for potential new therapies. “The major steps forward have been in understanding a little bit more about how the disease progresses. That gives us an opportunity to one day to develop treatments that might slow down the progress of the disease or even stop it altogether," he explains.
